6 POUNDS!!!! I now weigh 260lbs!!!! And not to get too personal here but this was a week where I would normally put on a few lbs in water weight :/ But nope I lost 6! I can hardly believe it, haha I even did the get on the scale off the scale thing to make sure it wasn't that I wasn't standing on it wrong lol :P
Not only that but I noticed last night more energy and it has stuck with me today. I even exercised!!!! It was way too hot outside (mid 90s) to go for a walk in the woods today but I got on the treadmill (positioned in front of the air conditioner :) and walked for 20 minutes/one mile. I plan on doing that AT LEAST four times a week for a week then move to more time.
I have noticed that I am happier too, whether that is just because I am feeling better and have lost 6lbs or cause sugar was altering my mood I have no idea but I like it anyway:)
The end of this week is supposed to be nice out, sunny and in the 70s so I hope to take the lil one out for some walks get some fresh air and enjoy nature.
I will post on food later tonight after dinner but I was too excited about the weight loss and just couldn't wait:)

Awesome Results April! Very excited for you! I started an exercise program last week called NIA...lots of fun...it's more like a free movement class but does def give you a workout! Keep it up! Glad we connected! (Thanks Chris! LOL)
