yay

I just ate two boneless skinless chicken breasts. On this plan I can eat as much pure lean protein as I want till I'm full!!!! Yay meat, just what this country girl needs. No mini meals here :) all you can eat baby, but can this really work? I do so what a sprite though. It would have gone so well with my chicken :/ but all I can drink is water, tea and sugar free drinks but I hate 0 cal sweeteners plus I am convinced they give you cancer so water and tea it is, whoo hoo (extreme sarcasm). Did you know that skim milk has 12g of sugar per 1c serving? that is almost a whole days worth of sugar!!! who da thunk it!
