the plan

So here is what I am doing as far as food goes. I read in Woman's World Magazine (also the source for the blog about your weight loss idea:) about the belly busting diet which is basically all you can eat but restrictions on carbs and sugar. This will be hard for me because I love sugar although I get headaches everyday and suspect it has to do with the large quantity of sugar I consume mainly through sodas. The carbs won't be as hard cause I already can't eat wheat (due to an allergy) so I have become accustom to burgers with no buns :/

So the plan is eat whatever you want and how ever much you want but don't go over 120g of carbs and 15g sugar. Exercise is not required but I know everyone needs it so I will start out by exercising (walking, workout vids) three days a week for 30 mins a day.

Hopefully I can stick with it because I am currently a size 18 misses (at old navy)and the new jeans I have purchased and removed the tags from are size 16 so I had better drop a size by the time fall hits or I will freeze  lol. Fall comes early in Michigan, and if there is anything worse looking than my chubby pale legs it would be my chubby pale legs covered in frostbite :/
