Yeah I know I didn't post yesterday but I did stay on the plan:) I was just soooo tired and busy which is not a good combo for me and to top it all off I am PMSing like crazy lol.
Anyway today I made the most delicious dinner! Shrimp marinaded in olive oil, fresh garlic and Worcestershire sauce and sauteed with broccoli (just used what I had around the kitchen but it was soooooo good!!!!) and for dessert, fresh blackberries lightly sprinkled with Truvia (spell?) in cream.
Oh and I found some other women following the BFC (belly fat cure diet) and one of them posted a Mojito recipe!!!!!! So good and way refreshing on a hot summer night:) Let me know if you want the recipe or if you have any low/no carb drink recipes :)
