Well it will be one week completed tomorrow:) Today I stuck with the plan, and have started to notice having more energy during the day which is a wonderful and very welcomed change of pace for me!
With week one being done with I am really starting to get a grasp of how to do this day in and day out so it is time to add in my least favorite thing in the world to do, exercise:/ NOOOOOO NOT EXERCISE!!! Come on, can't I just do something easy like get a root canal while having a pap smear or something? Anything but exercise!!! I hate walking cause my thighs rub, I hate floor exercises cause it hurts my bones being on the floor, and I hate yoga cause my cats come up and rub all over me and their fur sticks to my chubby sweaty limbs.
Oh well, it must be done I guess. Not just for weight loss but for my overall health right? Come on everybody, tell me I can do this, tell me I will have tons of energy, tell me I will love how it makes me feel, tell me I don't have to make the Jeep payment this month, oh wait that is another issue:)
