Day one of my new life went pretty well. It was not as hard as I thought it would be. Cauliflower and cheese sauce for "breakfast" (yeah I know that sounds weird but I have never really eaten breakfast food for breakfast lol) then two chicken breast for lunch and turkey tacos for dinner with refried beans, black olives, and a sprinkling of cheese and I still have 24gs carbs and 6.5gs sugar to spare!!! All I drank today was unsweetened Lipton vanilla black tea (soooooo good, the vanilla taste kinda tricks you into thinking you are having something sweet) and water. I do however really really really want a sprite! lol
I am so excited! I think this is something I can do and writing about it REALLY helps, haha even though I don't have any followers yet :) it is still kinda therapeutic for me.
The article about the diet in ww mag said women were losing like 5-9lbs a week! I hope that turns out to be true, cause that would rock! I will be in my size 16s in no time flat:)
