day two

Today was not too bad. Sugar cravings have kicked in but it is nothing I can't handle and once I get past two weeks I think those will stop and hopefully so will my headaches!

Ok so down to business. today I had, turkey tacos (leftovers for breakfast:), seasoned BS chicken breast (lunch), pig skins (snack)(love them and 0 carbs whoo hoo!!!!) and then whole grain brown rice pasta with sauce, chicken, olives and a side of broccoli and cauliflower (dinner).  
 

A grand total of 84.5g of carbs and 6.5g sugar. Well within my 120g carbs and 15g sugar limit :) Lots of ice tea as well.

I need to research what veggies will work best with this program so I can have a little more variety. Can't wait to go grocery shopping this weekend:)
